Exclusively Own 10,000 Kitchen Counters in Kelowna.
One heavy-duty 11×6 cardstock panel dropping directly into single-family homes in your neighbourhood — featuring only businesses local to that area. Exactly 1 business per niche, per panel. Lock out your local competition.
What lands in the mailbox.
Not a flyer buried in a stack of coupons — a single heavyweight card, front and back, sitting on the counter next to the mail.
11″ × 6″ • 12pt cardstock • final print artwork in progress
A print channel built to be impossible to ignore.
Niche Monopoly
We only allow 1 plumber, 1 dentist, 1 realtor per neighbourhood panel. Once you lock in, your local rivals are blocked out.
The Right Crowd
Filtered strictly to single-family home mailboxes. No apartments, no business addresses.
Heavyweight Cardstock
Printed on premium 12pt cardstock. Doesn't get buried in an envelope — sits directly on the counter.
$550 for 10,000 homes is 5.5¢ a door.
A Single Slot costs $550 and reaches roughly 10,000 single-family homes — 5.5 cents per household, full stop. No hidden print fee, no design markup, no fine print.
Compare that to distributing your own flyer alone. Canada Post's own Neighbourhood Mail service — the standard way to unaddressed-mail a solo flyer — charges roughly 20¢ per piece in postage alone, before you've paid a cent for printing or design. That's already close to $2,000 just to reach the same 10,000 homes, for postage only. Industry pricing guides put a full solo direct-mail campaign in Canada — print and postage combined — anywhere from roughly 25¢ to $1.50+ per piece depending on format and volume, which works out to $2,500–$15,000+ to cover 10,000 homes alone.
A Neighbourhood Panel gets you there for a fraction of that, because the print run and the postage are split across every business sharing the card. You're not getting a smaller ad because you're paying less — you're paying less because you're not printing and mailing alone. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.

What a locked category is actually worth.
A Single Slot at $550/month adds up to $6,600 over a full year of Niche Monopoly on a Neighbourhood Panel — and that number buys something a one-off flyer drop never can: exclusivity that compounds.
Once you lock in a category, every one of the roughly 10,000 homes on that panel sees your business, and only your business, for that niche — run after run, for as long as you hold the slot. There's no competing plumber, dentist, or realtor sharing your card, no split attention, no chance a homeowner keeps a rival's card on the counter instead of yours. The card stays on the counter between drops too, which means the same $6,600 is buying repeated exposure to the same households, not a single impression that gets thrown out with the rest of the mail.
That's the real value of exclusivity: it's not a bigger ad, it's a standing claim on your category's spot in that neighbourhood's mailbox. Every competitor in your trade who wanted in after you locked it down simply can't buy their way onto that panel — they have to wait for a new neighbourhood, or wait for you to leave. See where your niche can lock in first in Mission, our live neighbourhood panel.
Starting in Mission. Growing panel by panel.
Each Neighbourhood Panel is its own dedicated print run — featuring businesses that serve that area. We're launching with a single panel delivered directly to single-family homes across Pandosy/Mission. As soon as we've got committed local businesses in a new neighbourhood, we print and drop a dedicated panel there too.

Common questions.
Once you reserve a niche on the panel, it's removed from availability for every future business on that same panel. We cap it at exactly 1 business per niche, per panel — no exceptions. Niches are tracked per neighbourhood, so a plumber on the Mission panel doesn't block a plumber from claiming Rutland's panel down the road.
Drops run on a recurring monthly cycle. Pilot-rate advertisers are grandfathered in at the launch price for 3 consecutive runs.
Yes — free ad layout design is included with every slot, handled by our team. Prefer to design it yourself or already have artwork? That works too — just send us your file and we'll get it print-ready.
Each panel covers about 10,000 single-family homes in a single neighbourhood. Panel One covers Mission; new neighbourhood panels launch as soon as local businesses sign on, expanding across Kelowna and eventually the Okanagan. Apartments and business addresses are filtered out entirely.
Not necessarily — but every panel is built for businesses that genuinely serve that area, generally within about 5km. This keeps each panel relevant to the homes receiving it, and keeps your ad in front of customers who can actually reach you.
Your slot is confirmed once we receive your deposit and final artwork; the balance is invoiced — and due — once your panel is printed and mailed. You're free to pause between runs at no charge, but cancelling after a run is locked for print forfeits the deposit, since it leaves a gap affecting every other business sharing that card.
